Terms of Service

1. Scope and contact

These Terms govern your use of AmandaCorvelle.com, the Amanda Corvelle Experience website (the “Site”), and its free educational content and Money Attachment Style Quiz. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amanda Corvelle, the Site operator. Questions may be sent to amandacorvelle@gmail.com. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site and coaching offers are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Educational content; no clinical diagnosis

The Site and quiz are provided for education and self-reflection only. “Money attachment styles” are descriptive categories in a coaching framework, not clinical diagnoses. The quiz is not a clinical assessment, and its results depend on your responses and may not fully reflect your experiences. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent mental health conditions through this Site or quiz.

3. No professional advice or earnings guarantees

The Site and coaching content do not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Using the Site, taking the quiz, or scheduling a call does not establish a therapist–client or professional advisory relationship. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for your needs, and do not delay professional care because of this content.

We do not promise or guarantee income, revenue, wealth, business success, or specific personal or financial outcomes. Stories, examples, and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of your results. Your circumstances, choices, effort, and market conditions affect outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions.

4. Programs, bookings, and payments

A discovery call booking does not guarantee acceptance into a program or create a paid coaching agreement. Any paid service is subject to the price, scope, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms disclosed before purchase and any separate written agreement. These Terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or override mandatory consumer rights. If a separate service agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning that service, the service agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use the Site and its content for your own personal, noncommercial education. Unless otherwise stated, original Site copy, quiz materials, branding, and other original content belong to Amanda Corvelle or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or present our original materials as your own without permission, except as permitted by law. You may share a link to the Site.

Do not use the Site unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; upload malicious content; impersonate another person; or misuse others’ personal information. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

6. Third-party services and privacy

The Site links to Tally for the quiz, Calendly for scheduling, and social media platforms. Email delivery may be handled through MailerLite when configured. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability or independent practices. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and free content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We aim to provide useful information but cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the Site or free content, including lost profits or business opportunities. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or statutory consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit. No provision makes you responsible for our unlawful conduct.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively; where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent. If a concern arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a waiver of rights to bring claims available under applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
