Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

This Policy describes how Amanda Corvelle, operator of AmandaCorvelle.com (the “Site”), handles information relating to this Site, quiz inquiries, and communications. Contact us at amandacorvelle@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests. Third-party sites linked from this Site have their own privacy policies.

2. Information collected and its sources

The landing page currently links to external services rather than collecting quiz answers or email addresses directly through an on-page form. If you take the quiz in Tally, book through Calendly, or contact us, information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, booking details, messages, quiz answers, and quiz result. We receive information from you or through the services you use, according to the forms and integrations enabled at the time. Please do not submit medical records, account passwords, financial account numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

The hosting and security providers serving this Site may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the Site. External providers may collect additional information under their own policies.

3. How information is used

We use relevant information to deliver requested quiz results and resources, respond to inquiries, schedule calls, provide services, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. If you sign up for marketing emails, we may send educational content, program information, and offers. Quiz answers and results are used for educational personalization, not clinical diagnosis or automated decisions determining access to credit, employment, insurance, or other essential services.

4. Email and your choices

MailerLite is the intended email service for quiz-result delivery and subscribed communications; it will receive information when that connection is enabled. Collection and delivery depend on the signup forms and integrations in use. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Unsubscribing may not stop essential messages relating to a service you requested. Providing an email for quiz results is not, by itself, a statement that you consent to unrelated marketing; marketing choices should be disclosed at signup.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Providers may process information as needed for hosting and security, forms, scheduling, email delivery, and business administration. Current linked or intended services include Tally, Calendly, and MailerLite. Social links take you to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, whose own policies apply. Information may also be disclosed if legally required, to protect rights or security, to professional advisers where necessary, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

6. Cookies, tracking, and external links

This version of the landing page does not include advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or analytics scripts added by us. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can transmit technical request information to Google. Hosting providers may use necessary security or operational technologies. Tally, Calendly, email services, and social platforms may use their own cookies or tracking when you interact with them; their policies govern that activity.

The Site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We have not implemented the sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising on this landing page. If tracking or advertising integrations are added, this Policy and any required choices will be updated before those practices begin.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, service administration, legal obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining appropriate records. Retention may vary by information type and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. When deletion is requested, some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or remain temporarily in protected backups.

8. Access, correction, deletion, and other rights

You may email amandacorvelle@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to withdraw marketing permission. We may verify your identity before responding and will process requests subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including portability, restriction, objection, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. This Policy does not imply that every privacy statute applies to this business. Requests about information held independently by a third-party provider should also be directed to that provider.

9. Children and international processing

The Site and offers are intended for adults aged 18 or older and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where data protection laws may differ, subject to protections required by applicable law.

10. Policy changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Site or email where appropriate or required and obtain consent when legally necessary. Questions about this Policy may be sent to amandacorvelle@gmail.com.
